"Checked in early evening for a one night stay. I was given a room on the third floor. No big deal but the building elevator was out of service. I couldn’t or wasn’t going to haul two suit cases three floors. They gave me an ADA room on the first floor. The room was on the common wall to the building entrance. The nearly all night noice of the coming and going of others was annoying. I didn’t get much sleep."

"Nice clean modern room right off the expressway with a decent breakfast which seems hard to find in the Columbus area anymore."

"We ordered a suite but got a different room. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Random stains on the mattress and the couch. And each time we left the room the room cards would demagnetize. I haven’t had this issue so frequently at other hotels. Walls have no soundproofing , would clearly hear every conversation happening in the hallway. Tv service was great, staff were quick to help."

"I have stayed here several times because the staff are always friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle and parking on site are a huge convenience. Our shuttle driver, Richard, was kind and funny."

"Absolutely amazing, The room was beautifully renovated the AC was blasting and amazingly cold, bed, pillow and sheets very very clean, room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy for breakfast I’ve never seen that before. 10/10 I will be using this hotel again. PHENOMENAL"

"My room wasn't cleaned when I checked in, I then went and ask the front desk if it could be cleaned and was told that it was already cleaned due to the floor being done but there was cleaning staff on the floor when I got on my floor mind you it was 4:30 PM when I checked in. I then asked the cleaning staff if I could at least get new bed sheets on the bed and new towels . I was given new towels and bed sheets but there was trash in the room from the last guest, I had to take the old sheets off the bed and it seemed that was an issue to get the staff to put new ones on . Then when I asked for a manager I was told they wouldn't be in till Monday. Then Sunday morning at 4:00 am the bus shuttle worker made it seem like my sister and I were going to steal drinks from the little store when we seen the sign we had to call someone, even after he seen me dialing the number he stated he was going to call because he doesn't know if I called the number listed even tho the lady came over to help us while he was in the process of calling her. I normally stay at this hotel and love it because it's so close to family and by Easton but I'm thinking I'll never book again . "
