1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Check in was very smooth and to my surprise I was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe room for FREE! I got a room in the 11th floor overlooking the sea and the view was brilliant. Hotel is pretty good and room looked fairly new and well maintained. Nice toiletries and innovative switches for lights. Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic.
