Perfect location right off Saldana square however I never saw a single room that looked like the picture featured here! Room was large and had refrigerator, but had 2 very dated very thin mattress beds, there was no actual reception, ‘’ ‘breakfast ‘ was a disaster, I did not eat there, managers are awol. Only talked on the phone and met one person when I arrived and got room key.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivées à l'adresse indiquée, nous étions choquées de l'état vetuste de l'immeuble. Dans le hall d'entrée, il n'y avait qu'une vieille table dans un coin et des bancs. On a du demander au propriétaire du restaurant avoisinant qui nous a dit de monter au 7ème étage. Nous avons trouvé l'ascenseur inquiétant. Nous avons rencontré une dame qui a téléphoné à la responsable, elle est venue nous voir peu après et nous a confirmé notre réservation. Elle a voulu nous montrer une chambre de ce vieil immeuble. C'est là que nous avons appris que ce n'était pas un hôtel mais un Guest House!! Nous avons pourtant bien insisté que nous voulions une chambre à 2 lits dans un "Hôtel". La responsable nous a proposé une chambre dans un autre immeuble plus moderne. Il est situé de 5 à 10 minutes de l'ancienne adresse. Sur le chemin, une dame très gentille était venue à notre rencontre. C'est une employée (réceptionniste?) de l'immeuble plus moderne. Elle nous a montré les chambres. Le lieu est propre mais très bruyant (les sirènes à l'extérieur). Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l'étage (voisin qui prend la douche par exemple). Elle nous a montré d'autres chambres voulant faire de son mieux pour nous satisfaire. Nous voulions annuler notre réservation et chercher un autre hôtel, mais pour finir, nous sommes restées là car nous n'allions pas être remboursées.

We felt completely tricked by the pictures posted on Expedia when we actually saw this “hotel”. It was expensive, it wasn’t a hotel it was a residence that they rent rooms out for. The elevator was tiny and didn’t work properly. There wasn’t a sign and not even a person down stairs to check us in. We literally had to go next door to ask about this “hotel”. Needless to say we found a different place to stay that night. Not recommended

Necessita atualizar essa informação.Fomos muito bem recebidos pela funcionária Cida, que nos levou até o local, uma 3 quadras dali.NÃO É UM HTEL.É uma hospedagem.Não tem serviço de portaria.bons quartos e ótima localização,bem próxima a Praça do Marques de Pombal.região com bons locais pra comer, baratos e com bons acessos a serviços para turistas

Péssima experiência!

Nao posso falar muito sobre o hotel, pois não conseguimos fazer check in. Quando realizamos a reserva, entramos em contato e informamos que iríamos chegar após a meia noite. Contudo, chegando na frente do hotel, tocamos muitooo o interfone de diversos andares e ngm nos atendeu. Uma moradora do prédio chegou, e aí descobrimos que não é somente mas hotel, e abriu a porta. O Elevador estava quebrado, tínhamos 7 malas, meu marido subiu pelas escadas em busca de alguém. Única coisa que encontramos foi tudo muitoo escuro, nenhuma pessoa! Desesperados, pois estávamos em um lugar que não conhecíamos, uma da manhã, saímos andando e encontramos um hotel próximo, onde nos hospedamos, pagando muito mais do que pagaríamos com uma reserva feita com antecendência. Entramos em contato com o hotel, eles nos devolveram o dinheiro, quanto a isso não tivemos nenhum problema, contudo, não indico a hospedagem. Além de todo o trantorno, o prédio é antigo, feio, e um pouco estranho de noite.. não sei dizer quanto aos quartos..

I got a phone call a few minutes after I booked this room on Expedia. They said that the room was not available but that we could have another room somewhere else. They indicated where to go. The problem is that this other room was absolutely nothing like the one on the picture. It was old, hot, small, ugly and not comfortable at all. It should have been half the price but they did not offer any reduction. Do not book that room!

Razoável para fraco.

quando chegamos ao hotel com malas pesadas, nos mandaram para um outro prédio que ficava a cerca de 800 mts, então fomos andando pela rua com as malas até chegar a este outro prédio onde ficavam os quartos do A Ponte no 7º andar, a cama é muito ruim, o quarto pequeno mas atende, o café da manhã é fraco, só recomendaria para outra pessoa por conta da localização.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft die in die Jahre gekommen

Von der Lage ist die Unterkunft toll. Von aussen ist das Gebäude extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelzimmer war von uns im 5 Stockwerk. Das zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Das Badezimmer ist extrem in die Jahre gekommenen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehaltenen.

Pokój stary typu PRL - okna wychodzące na główną ulicę-głośno, okna nie wyciszone. Z łazienki nieprzyjemny zapach chyba z rur. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja super blisko do metra.

Lisbon and A PONTE HOTEL could not be better.

The manager, Simone, bent over backwards to insure that everyone was comfortable and had a good stay. The hotel, at the side of the great round about for LA DUQUESA DE POMBOL, could not have been better. for access to everything. The breakfasts were the most generous that I have seen in two months of traveling. The room, bathroom with great hot water and other comforts are to be appreciated. Thanks to the staff, including David, for making a great stay.

Ottimo per risparmiare. Ottimo per i trasporti in quanto tram e metro sono a pochi mt dal b&b. Ottimo per giovani che magari hanko l idea di giarare tutto il giorno. Pulizia ok. Bagno puzzolente al mattino,sarà per via dell scarico. 5 come voto.
