Wow! Wow! Wow! The location, the room, the staff were all great. The hotel arranged my driver both ways to and from airport. The park across the street was a plus and if youre a walker, you dont need car. Fantastic stay.

An excellent B&B, location is close to many good restaurants and at a walking distance to downtown Lisbon, my room (Coronation Room) was overlooking the Botanical Garden and the rooftops of Lisbon, very quiet. Bathroom was modern, everything was spotless and well maintained. I had a great, relaxing stay.

Hotel is in a convenient, fairly central location. The room was very clean, spacious, with a high ceiling, colorful walls and ornate, palatial-style molding. Room had large windows and lots of light, but windows also had heavy thick wooden window covers that when closed block out virtually all light and sound. Breakfast is in a small room and has limited choices, although the fruit + pastry that was offered was all very fresh. Staff was very friendly as well, and room was still cleaned on a daily basis.

The room needed some work. The bathroom door broke while we were staying at the hotel. It is clean and spacious and staff were really helpful.
Room was clean and very spacious but they had construction outside while we were there.
Bathroom door broke while O was inside. Hotel staff had to take it off for repair.

We loved our stay at Caso do Principe and took advantage of their transportation from the airport and from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean and beautiful with a balcony. Lots of restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed the park across the street and the restaurant located in the park. Great food and so convenient. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed the area and the room. I was worried that the busy park outside would keep me up, but the room is actually very quiet. The area has a lot to offer very walkable and close to shopping and food.

When we first arrived, it seemed very dark and dingy. But the room is actually lovely and bright and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice with a very reasonable selection. It is not right downtown and is on top of the hill which does require some walking but it’s a lovely location and very good value for money.

This bed and breakfast is historic and by no means modern, but is very charming and the large rooms, along with the friendly staff more than make up for it. The location is great with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Everything was clean and service was great, would definitely stay here again.
