The hotel was lovely and within walking distance of the city centre. It was in a safe residential area. Easy to navigate and Tram 28 just up the road. Lots of nice shops and restaurants locally. Staff were very knowledgable and more than happy to offer recommendations for trips, restaurants etc.

The service at Dear Lisbon is above and beyond - the staff really want you to feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, wine was very good, and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback is the rooms are quite small and there is little noise insulation. Earplugs helped with the noise and otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Clean rooms and close to city center. Can be challenging to climb for someone with mobility needs because the hotel entrance is on a steep hill incline. However, what makes this hotel so extraordinary is the hotel staff and service. Incredible service by staff and attention to details. Wonderful experience!

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Charming House. The staff was so amazing and offered me plenty of options for activities. The hotel itself is very welcoming and lives up to its namesake. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon!
