This was the second time I stayed here! Great location, friendly staff. Super convenient as there’s a supermarket across the street and the elevator leading up to the Castle Sao Jorge. Quick walk to famous Alfama, lots of restaurants, cafes within walking distance. The beds and pillows are nice and firm, had a restful sleep and air conditioning was strong enough to battle the heat. Looking forward to returning!

Property is very well located in the central area of Lisbon. It was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had an issue at breakfast on our first morning when a number of orders were mixed up and people were getting things they hadn't ordered. It was clear that they needed another pair of hands - the waitress was taking orders, clearing tables and refilling the breakfast buffet all at the same time. This was not a problem on day 2 as there were more staff and things ran much more smoothly. Overall, we had an enjoyable trip and would stay again if we came back to Lisbon.
