I kept calling for password- it gave out on the day arrival instead of 72 hours as stated in the website. Very frustrating. I asked for luggage storage- they avoid the answers. They should provide lockers or Let us lock in some sorts of office or recommend an area for locking luggage. No help at all as a guest house for any questions. For the AC, there is no remote in the room and no switch. Only gave us a fan. They should not list it has AC. Also, no soap, least to say others like shampoo etc.

The location was really good, but the rest not so much. The room weren't so clean, the sheets had stains. For 2 day there was not hot water in the shower and we needed to take shower in another room. There is no reception and the person who suppost to help is not so available.
