Great hotel, rooms and beds are perfect for family stays. Street parking was available every time we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was also great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get around for site seeing. Only thing that I can say is that the room it self is dated, could use new floors and maybe updating the bathroom. The family and I only spent the nights here for sleeping as our primary reason to visit was for sightseeing Lisbon and taking it all in. I would recommend this hotel to others.

There were teenage girls on a school trip in rooms 315 ans 317. We were 311. The were yelling and jumping around and screaming. I tried talking to the teacher, it didn’t work. I went to the front desk, the noise stopped around midnight the first night’s. Second night, same thing. The front desk went up with noise lasting past midnight. Third night, another client went to the rooms and screamed at them then told the front desk. No sleep before midnight then a group came back from partying at 5 am. Short night. The heat in our room broke so we had a portable heater. The tub was so high that I couldn’t get in to take a shower. The tiny window was at the back where all the air conditioners and the pigeons nests were. The water damage in the bathroom door was bad. This place would barely qualify as a youth hostel. I asked them for a different room with a shower. The answer was no. The staff should have been dealing with the noise by either moving us or them. They refused. We just cancelled our next stay there for April. We left so tired and frustrated. We’ve been Expedia clients for 20 years. You should change their rating until they renovate and treat the customers with respect.

Good Hotel
Good location, the receptionist Pablo was really friend, gave us a good customer service and also good tips where to go in Lisbon. We had a really nice sleeps there and the area we felt safe.
