This is a great hotel located in the center of Historic Lisbon. Nice hotel with amazing staff and great daily breakfast. Hotel is very clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay here again ….. absolutely no complaints. Well done !!!

This hotel was a find! From the outside it is unassuming but walk through the doors to an elegant, beautiful lobby with a very professional and helpful reception staff. Within minutes of entering, we were checked in, with dinner booked at the recommended neighbourhood restaurant, Traverna Baixa, known for its traditional Portuguese fare and directions to meet our tour guide. The room was perfect. Thought was given to every detail of this sanctuary. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully renovated. The room was on the small side by north American standards, but the use of the available space was perfect making for a very comfortable stay. By the way, dinner was excellent and we appreciated the recommendation. We paid to include breakfast, and it was worth every penny. What a great start to the day. I would return to Hotel Liz anytime I am lucky enough to be in Lisbon.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room smelled musky the first night and then of sewage the following night. The pipes rattle when you use the washroom, and you can hear your neighbours.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Being able to store our luggage before and after check out was so helpful. The rooms are very quiet and clean despite the hotel being centrally located in the city centre.
