Good value for a good basic hotel, well run.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in Lisbon. I booked it on the basis of its position near to metro and bus routes. It was a good basic hotel, with clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was simple but fine. It was extremely good value. I was pleasantly surprised by the high standards and helpfulness, the only negative aspect was that for me, the bed was too firm!

When I booked this hotel I was worried that it would be very old and smelly (mold) but when I got to my room I was surprised by how clean and spacious the room was…just needs some updating tho (old fashion curtains/bedding/carpet) but everything worked perfectly during my stay. Very good location. Breakfast was good too and with plenty of options. Very good value for money!

The whole building is very dated, shabby and tired. It is clean with helpful, friendly staff, but they are charging too much for the standard of comfort. Our request for a double resulted in 2 uncomfortable single beds

Quite nice budget hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. The shower was bad, though; it was not possible to shower without getting your hair wet as well. Breakfast was extremely basic: no tomato or cucumber, no lactose-free alternatives for milk or yoghurt. 24-hour reception was a plus.

We stayed here on 2 different occasions during our stay in Portugal. They only have rooms with single beds but will push them together for you upon request. The hotel is dated but overall is clean. The shower curtains are installed too close to the tub so when you turn the shower on the breeze makes it stick to your body...annoying but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was good and had tarts every morning!! This hotel is about a 20 min walk from Rossio Square or about a 6 euro cab ride. Theres also a great little sushi restaurant across the street. Check out is noon but they let us stay until 1 for free because of the tume of our flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Overall it was great! The only thing was that construction sound for the building was too loud and there are homeless people sleeping right next to the hotel outside .

Very dated but kind of cool if you like retro! Room was no smoking but someone had obviously smoked in the room which is expected as smokers In Portugal pay absolutely no attention to non smoking signs. I was just too tired to request a different room which would probably also smell like smoke anyway. Room was very hot as they have the heat on as for the Portuguese it is winter when it is below 50 degrees f. Overall ok for one night at the price I paid.

Großes Zimmer. Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel benötigt eine Renovierung bzw. Modernisierung. Die Lage ist top. Besonders gut sind kostenlos zur Verfügung stehende Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage-unschlagbar. Frühstück ist leider schlecht.
