We loved our stay! The location is spectacular, the service is incredible, breakfast was delicious and the rooms even though small have everything you might need. We booked a basic room but we lucked out and had a beautiful Juliette balcony facing the street which was a highlight of our stay. If you have a car, park by time out market underground for 30€ a night as you cannot park anywhere around the hotel (not even to unload bags)

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. We stayed for 3 nights and then 1 additional night at the end of our trip to Lisbon. The welcome drinks were wonderful, the food in the restaurant including the included breakfast is fresh and delicious. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and is located within walking distance to old town Lisbon and around the corner from the Time Out Market. Very easy to catch a cab or a car. But the best thing about this property is the staff. Extremely friendly, lovely, professional, happy to help in any way. I cannot recommend this property enough and we’ll be staying here again when we come back.

Returned per car rental and Stayed here 2 nights end March. Location is great, right in the middle of the action, near the water and just around the corner from time out Market. High quality windows made our room very quiet.

As long as you don’t have issues, all fine. As soon as issues arise, you are on your own! Every morning you’d need to wait 15 minutes (at best) for a waiter to come and take your order and serve coffee. In room there were no standard comforts (milk/sugar/coffee?), no vanity kits. It’s more like a hostel, not a 4 star hotel. The reception is the restaurant, so as soon as you walk in you’re pretty much in the kitchen.
