The hotel was clean and well organized. Located close to restaurants and a laundromat (also very clean and easy to use) which was very useful. It was a convienent walk to tourist areas. The staff was super friendly and welcoming!

Beautiful boutique hotel, nice rooms, very helpful staff. Our room was on the first floor, so we had to keep the drapes drawn since people walking beside the hotel could see into our room.

Not recommend for ceoliac.

Room is ok 3.5 star. The glass walled bathroom has no privacy screen. Yack. We stayed there because of the gluten free restaurant on site however the don't even have gluten free bread etc for breakfast.

My favorite thing about this hotel is the incredible free breakfast! It’s a full spread of eggs, bacon/meats, cheese, pastries, fruit and an array of beverages. The rooms are super spacious and clean. It’s the biggest room in terms of size out of the 4 hotels I stayed in Portugal. The staff is sooo helpful and kind. The only thing that was a little strange but not a dealbreaker is that the shower is in the middle of the room with carpet all around it. Just a glass wall separating the bed and the shower. Plus the bathroom is also carpeted. It’s an interesting choice! The reception area is gorgeous and a great place to hang out. I really liked this hotel!

Great location. Quiet area and one short block away from Prada and Armani, if you plan to shop on Liberdad. Staff was exceptional and even arranged for early breakfast to accommodate early flight. Will definitely be my "go to" place on my next visit yo Lisbon.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The best part was the location and the room itself—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, and water. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. That said, there’s room for improvement in the restaurant and bar areas, which felt a bit neglected and were often quite empty. It also would have been nicer if the room cleaning was more timely—on some days, housekeeping hadn’t come by even after 3pm.

The picture of the lobby is misleading. It looks modern and and more upscale than it is. The breakfast (which was included) was really good for the price. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful when they understood us. The rooms, must have been the most humid rooms I had ever stayed in. The carpet was thin, woven, and uncomfortable (probably cause of the humidity), ac was...not great. But I think, Lisbon as a whole probably doesn't have great HVAC. Beds were not comfortable at our age ( haha), yes the hotel was clean though, as was the gym which we checked out (small, but functional). I think this would be fine for younger couples or business travelers. For the price, it was more than great! (But, yes, you get what you pay for.)
