Exactly what you would expect

Totally acceptable. The check in not being untill 4pm was a little annoying but it was properly advertised so I can't complain too much. The outside building doesn't leave much to admire, but the room was relatively clean, bed was pretty comfy and the AC worked great. Perfectly fine place to stay with a decent location and a great price. Would recommend overall.

Nice clean accommodation for a good price

For the one night that we had to stay in Lisbon, it was a good deal. Clean and simple. Not a five star hotel but satisfying enough. I would recommend it to anyone who just need clean accommodation aspeacealy for a short stay. The rates are great too.

The location is central and has a store right downstairs so that was great, I enjoyed having a balcony too. The kitchen wasn't stoked well and that could be an easy fix, since is shared by 4 rooms please provide more cups, glasses, silverweare etc.

The property was clean and even included a fridge and a safe. The building is a bit old and felt dodgy but it was all fine. It is in a decent location, around 15 minutes walk from Rossio and with good metro and tram connections (famous tram 28 early stop is 2 minutes away). Generally very pleased for the price.

Our room was clean good bed. Not much amenities. Good place to stay for a short period. The elevator is not very scary and dirty the kitchen we did not use it it’s common kitchen for all. Not recommended but if you need a place to stay for the night it ok.

For travellers on a budget just looking for a place to sleep, this is a great option if you don’t care about minor cosmetic defects (scuffed paint, older building etc). It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Not advised for travellers with mobility issues however as the elevator wasn’t always working. There is some noise heard from other units, but that is not unexpected in a hostel type of accommodation. My main concern was that the guesthouse was not reachable in advance to answer questions by phone or email, and did not open the front door when I buzzed. I had to get let into the building by another guest, but once I got into the building they were friendly and the check in was easy.

Clean and comfortable. Confusing check in.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to kettle and microwave. There were cups, plates etc to use. The check in was confusing. No instructions sent on how to get in through the main door. Main door was locked. Reception on 3rd floor so they had no idea we were there trying to access the property. Got in because one of the tenants came out through the front door and let us in. Was a bit stressful

Property was clean and in a good location. However even though the website states "Storage area for luggage" this was not available either before or after my check in which caused a lot of issues. I was told the hostel never allow this as their rule. I have never had this policy before and especially disappointing given it says it is possible on the website.

You can choose at the same price a better place. The quarter and the street has no interest and the street is empty at night and with limited light. Few restaurants (Nepali or Indian mainly). Good supermarket exactly at the builfding entrance. It is not a hotel is a flat in a building (in fact it is a guest house) but very poor the decoration, the quality of the room, essential. My room had a window on the kitchen and the kitchen was outside my room. Not advisable. The metro is good because is at few steps and the tram 28E has a stop in the main street. For the rest: I do not suggest to stay there.

For the price it was great - Lidl was a 2 minute walk and an Uber from the airport was €8. Basic but clean , bit tired around the edges but value for money was 5*. Would stay here again for sure
