The hotel is in the ideal space as all tours we booked were meeting within less than a 5 minute walk. Rossio square is a heartbeat area of the city. Very clean with excellent maid service. The front staff were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good as I’m going to miss my morning cappuccino everyday. Definitely without hesitation I would stay here again

Filippe was amazing! So very kind and helpful! He checked us in graciously after a very long trip from the US. Gave us excellent recommendations for dining, and Got Leandro, the courtesy vehicle, all set up for the next morning. We'll be back and will highly recommend! And the property was spotless!

The staff is amazing there, especially Miss Soares and another young man who greeted us upon our arrival and helped us with a number of requests. The staff really made this hotel a 5 star experience. The rooms are cozy but well equipped. It is centrally located and easy to get anywhere you need to go. It’s a lively area around Rossio Square so you are spoiled for options. We loved the boutique feel and the port and dessert on welcome make you feel special. They gave us great recommendations and directions to everything. I would stay here again.
