Reasonable price for 4 nights , the place is situated very close to Time Out market, Cais do Sodre station with direct trains to Cascais or easy access to Sintra . Lots of restaurants along the Rua da Boavista. The place could do with a massive refurbishment. Overall it was a good stay

The location was great; it was close to bus, train and taxi. There was no A.C so we had to leave windows open and because our room overlooked the busy street it was very noisy and the fumes from the cars and people smoking came right into our rooms.

Perfect situated. Nice style of the flat and easy check in. Unfortunately the bed had a kind of protection topper out of plastic which made sleeping very bad. Even with low temperature everyone of us was sweating every night. Just because of the bed I would book the apartment again.

The space was fair, the bathroom needs some maintenance to have a better appearance a least to clean the mold on the titles, the water stays too long inside the area of the shower when the faucet is opened. The line that announces to pay the taxes at the property should be more specific saying that only electronic payment is aceptable.

The staff was nice but the room didn’t look like on the pictures. It was in the basement without sun light or view and it had a strange smell. Moreover, you can hear all night the noises from the streets and bars in the neighbourhood. Nevertheless, it’s sufficient for two nights and close to the center.

First we noticed that there was a pretty bad smell in the room. Also the shower was leaking through the vent what made the whole bathroom soaking wet after showering. They told us someone would come and fix it but no one did. We asked for extra towels to use for the floors, which the cleaning lady brought in to our room at 1 am while we were sleeping. It was a really weird and scary because she stood in our room talking for 5 minutes while we were laying in our bed, just waking up confused and another lady she brought in just sat on the couch. The day after she came for the second time in our room without knocking. We didn’t feel safe at all after that happening.

So me and my friends wanted to visit Lisbon for a week and we found this hotel.. by the pictures we tought it would be a very nice stay with comfy beds and everything clean… well that’s not the occasion. The beds were like rocks the shower was full of mold. That’s the first thing! Second of all we booked room 107 for 4 person, we arrived at the hotel and the cleaning service didn’t even know we were coming that day.. so we ended up with 2 rooms. Room 107 and 104 in room 107 was the mold in the shower and not clean at all!! Room 104 smelled like there was a dead body inside + full of mosquitoes… we slept one night in this way, the day after the owner called and said we could have room 106 we were happy about that but it was mean’t for a replacement with room 107 and not room 104.. by the end the owner made a double reservation with room 107… i would not recommend this hotel at all, we all had the worst nights in our lives… you better look for a little more expensive but much better hotel!!!

I used Expedia to book three nights at Old Town Lx Suites in August 2022. When I made the booking, I selected "Deluxe Double Room" with king-size bed. I selected that room based on the description and the photo, which showed a clean and spacious room with a king-size bed, nice furniture, and two floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a lot of light. When I actually arrived in Lisbon, however, I was put in a completely different room: small, shabby, not a king-size bed, no nice furniture, and no floor-to-ceiling windows. Thinking it was just a mixup, I contacted the proprietor and explained that I'd been put in the wrong room. Instead of fixing the issue, the proprietor offered various nonsensical explanations, including that the photos on the website were mixed up and that the booking was somehow different on their end than it was on my end. (But my booking also included a *description* of the room, which was completely different from the room I was given; and anyway, it's fraudulent to advertise a room using the wrong photos; so none of this made sense). Long story short, I booked a nice room and was put in a different, shabby room, and the guesthouse did nothing to fix the problem. Whether it was an innocent mistake on their end or just a scam, I don't know, but I bore the burden. The room also had issues: the top hinge on the patio door was broken, so the door kind of fell in; one of the toilet flushes did not work well; bed was hard; flies on patio. Caveat emptor.

an zwe von drei Tagen hatte ich keinen Zimmerservice und hätte einfach mal gerne ein neues Handtuch bekommen. Das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos dargestellt mit Tageslicht. Aufgrund der Lage im Innenhof gibt es eigentlich kein Tageslicht. Das Zimmer war zwar reisig, aber irgendwas hat gemuffelt, was es war möchte ich lieber nicht wissen.

Impossible de joindre qui que se soit à notre arrivée, téléphone, chat, message rien n’y fait. Le numéro n’est pas à jour. Heureusement nous croisons un voisin qui nous indique la porte (le 130 correspond à une ruelle avec plusieurs habitations) et nous précise que ce n’est pas la première fois que ça arrive. Encore une fois heureusement que la femme de menage était là, malgré la barrière de la langue (portugais uniquement) elle nous montre notre chambre. Nous recevons les infos accessibilités + wifi par mail le lendemain. Sinon chambre basique, sombre, sent le renfermé. Bonne localisation.

Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento per 4 persone ed è stato Una piacevole scoperta. Le recensioni precedenti ci avevano davvero terrorizzato, ma fortunatamente non è stato così. La zona della struttura è perfetta per visitare la città a piedi/mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere multiculturale è perfetto per la sera poiché ricco di locali tipici mixati, ottima scelta anche per locali in cui fare colazione e brunch. La struttura non ha dettagli ricercati o curati nel minimo dettaglio ma è pulita e ha tutto il necessario. Il personale di servizio è gentile e disponibile, ci hanno cambiato la biancheria anche nonostante avessimo l’appartamento

Appartement très bien placé et facile d’accès. Quelques mauvais points : Aucune communication avec l’hôtel, les codes de la porte de l’immeuble et de la chambre nous ont été donnés la veille de notre arrivé… personne ne répond au téléphone. Communication Zéro ! Service de ménage annoncé, pour 4 nuits, le service de ménage n’est passé qu’une seule fois. Appartement très mal insonorisé, vous entendez les bruits des voitures car rue très passante, des bars, des gens bourrés. Pas d’eaux chaudes pendant deux soirs !

Hay que acceder por escalera y no estaba indicado en la reserva. No está bien señalizado y nos costó encontrarlo, La entrada es por un callejón maloliente y oscuro. El único jabón que hay es el de la jabonera del lavamanos (ni champú ni ningún otro producto, por lo que hay que llevar de todo o hacerte allí con él). Tampoco nos dieron información sobre el wifi.
