Outstanding hotel in a brilliant location for exploring Baixa, Alfama and surrounding areas. Staff are friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. Pool area is great for relaxing after a busy day exploring - but I think the pool is unheated as it was a bit cold even at the end of summer! Beds comfortable and the rooms were clean, and breakfast was of good quality. Overall, a great stay and will definitely come back again.

We loved this hotel! Bright, tasteful, clean and comfortable. Our breakfasts were all excellent. The friendly, helpful staff are best of all! You can’t beat this location for ease of access to walking around the city, dining, and transportation. We highly recommend.

A very nice hotel in great location. Room was good. Bathroom was very big. The only thing was the hot water took ages to come out of taps. Plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast was good and we even dined in the hotel for dinner which was really nice

Superb location near squares & monuments with many good restaurants on the doorstep and close to all travel systems. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the bistro waitresses - we had breakfast included.
