Isabela and the staff were very helpful and kind from the moment we booked. And even after check out, when we could leave our bags while going out to lunch before leaving Lisbon. Maravilhoso!

The location is really great in downtown center, a lot of attractions in walking distance, metro steps away, dining right along the street, night entertainment... A very free and safe environment, room is small, shared wash room, elevator all small which could be normal in Europe, check-in and check-out without physical reception. A budget tight place more for younger people, but good enough for two of us as 1st time traveler in Lisbon. The room I booked is bright with bacolny, but I do see one single bedroom unit is one without window.

This is a very unique property and for the right person is an amazing stay! The location absolutely cannot be beat, you walk out the door and you are right in the center of everything! The staff was also very friendly, responsive, and proactive with great instructions on how to perform a self check in. Additionally, all the facilities were cleaned daily. Now for the adventure - the rooms and shared bathrooms are very small, there is no air conditioning, and most of the doors have some sort of crack as to not be fully closed. In summary, this was an awesome budget friendly way for me to get to stay in an amazing location in Lisbon and I would highly recommend if you are willing to sacrifice on some of the other comforts.

Isabella was nice The place is old, rickety and run down. Practically most part of the room was painted sloppily - doors, walls doorframes and hinges, etc. There are gaps on the door where you can peep through. There was a baby cockroach crawling which may be a part of a colony of cockroaches.

This place up probably be fine if you were 20-year-old but not great for retirees. We actually ended up not staying there and found a last minute hotel more suitable for us. It is in a fabulous location but the room was pretty low level in terms of ambience, aesthetics and comfort. Tried to get a refund but owner would not refund us unfortunately. We were outside of the policy but under the circumstances I hoped that we could get a refund.

Das Zimmer/Haus ist passend zur Stadt eingerichtet und hat Charme. Grundsätzlich sehr einfach eingerichtet und mit „typischen Hotels“ nicht zu vergleichen. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt und die Bahn/ U-bahn ist auch direkt Vorort. Man darf nicht Lautstärkeempfindlich sein, sofern Türen auf sind. Man teilt sich mit 3-4 anderen Zimmern 2 Badezimmer, von daher muss man damit rechnen dass nicht jeder den gleichen Sinn von Sauberkeit. Leider wurde innerhalb von 5 Tagen uns keine neuen Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt war es für uns perfekt - einfach, unkompliziert und Charme!

Good value

The apartment is very central, just one street away from the main shopping street, two blocks from metro. Very convenient. That of course also implies a lot of noise late at night, either parties or street cleaning or else. The windows are well isolated, so once closed the noise almost goes away. But then it can get hot. The beds were a bit hard. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but we had no plans for cooking anyways. There is a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and service-minded. Overall, good value to this central apartment!

Niet grschikt voor baby. Geen babybed aanwezig. Vieze douche. Vieze keuken. Geen ruimte om de baby te douchen. Veel te heet binnen voor een baby. Het was binnen 30 plus graden celcius. Wij hebben na de eerste nacht een ander hotel gezocht. Wat ren waardeloos begin van de vakantie.

位置很棒。和台灣民宿差不多，我們訂房2天各訂不同房型，2人房: 房間小有陽台空氣好，3人房: 是2間房的規格大但不通風有霉味，天窗訂死無法打開，各有優缺點。 公寓在4樓有電梯，但要爬1層樓才能搭，共用小浴室2間有廚房。

L’appartemant est idéalement situé, le seul’probleme est les travaux dans les pièces voisines qui commencent à 8h00 pour se terminer à 18h00 ... pas idéal lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. Heureusement nous n’u avons logé qu’un nuit... plus n’aurait oas été agréable. Même si cela n’est pas de leur fait, il suffirait de prevenir lors de la reservation pour ne pas avoir l’impression de se faire « avoir »

Bad service, great location.

The bathroom was dirty, the room was noisy. You could hear all the conversation coming from the next room, as you were there. The place is not well maintained at all. And we did not get the room we booked on top of that! For us it was a disaster all the way, but I guess for a young easy going crowd it's ok.

Great place for budget & own cooking

The location was perfect easy to walk to everything. kitchen, living room bedroom all good size with a small balcony. There is a Ping Doce grocery store just a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful the elevator is on the first floor but the staff helped with my luggage up to the elevator. Bed and couch both very comfy and several American TV stations on cable. When I first arrived there was a smell emanating from the bathroom but when I told the manager she explained that when it rains that sometimes happens but she would fix it and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I don't know what she did but after that it was fine. The kitchen appliances were fine, but the kitchen could use a few more utensils and flat dishes the dishes were salad bowls. A better idea for hanging clothes would be good too both things are minor I would definitely stay there again. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment, so I don't know about the regular rooms.
