The hotel and amenities were amazing, but the staff made this stay INCREDIBLE. SO friendly and accommodating. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. This is going to be a treasured keepsake for us. Thank you Vincci Baixa!! If we're ever lucky enough to come back to Lisbon, we know where we're staying.
