Room was small, but I chose the mini 2 people would have easily fit, as long as you weren’t planning to spend time in the room. Water was nice and hot, amazing water pressure. Staff was incredibly helpful with anything you needed!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room smelled musky the first night and then of sewage the following night. The pipes rattle when you use the washroom, and you can hear your neighbours.

Very happy with the hotel’s hospitality. The check-in was seemless, the room with the balcony was spotless and had a huge bottle of Evian in the room. The consierge service was excellent and recommended a great spot to eat. The hotel’s communication was awesome. Upon departure to the airport, they called a taxi. Very happy with their service. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Being able to store our luggage before and after check out was so helpful. The rooms are very quiet and clean despite the hotel being centrally located in the city centre.

Charming hotel in a centrally located -- but relatively quiet -- part of Lisbon. The staff members -- especially Leandro and Ines -- were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's restaurant was excellent. And while our room was small (as one would expect in European cities), the bathroom was bigger than we anticipated.

The location is centrally located, very close to Santa Justa lift, just a few easy downhill short blocks from Praca de Comercio and waterfront. Great breakfast in the attached restaurant. Front desk Staff are always present and cheerfully helpful.

Hotel Lis was wonderful. The rooms themselves are a little small but we didn’t mind, we didn’t spend too much time in them. The location is perfect, pretty central and walkable to restaurants and things to see. The staff was helpful and super friendly! I would definitely recommend.
