"Staff and room were great. Upstairs ‘neighbours’ were stomping/jumping on the floor at 3:30am, and there was a lot of noise outside my room in the hallway between 6-7:30am."

"The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Sadly we were only there for brief layovers. It’s worth booking several days just to sleep! The staff are very helpful and kind. They have airport shuttle service and will keep luggage after check out for you to enjoy the city before your flight out. We stayed on our way out of country and back in and were pleased both times. "We had 2 separate stays here on our recent visit to Australia. We stayed in the main hotel in a deluxe room, then a standard room. They were identical with the only difference being that the deluxe has a shared large balcony overlooking the outdoor bar area. The rooms were of a high standard of decor & cleanliness. Very well equipped. Although it is clearly stated that the rooms can be noisy because they are above the bar which my husband did not find an issue, I found it very hard to sleep. The deluxe room was noisy from the pumping music & the standard room from heavy road noise with music noise at times. The rooms are sibgle glazed so its like having the window open & they really need some soundproofing. Great location across from the beach but wouldnt stay here again if I visited & would pick somewhere in a quieter area. "

"I’ve stayed at nearly every hotel close to the airport but this one by far has the best amenities. The room with a full kitchen, laundry and balcony is unmatched. Parking is easy and the gym and pool are a nice addition. The room smelt a little musty and the window didn’t open but other than that, no complaints! "
