Clean and quiet place. Location is excellent. Really close to the train stations and high street. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Ideally located, decent price great customer service. Karaoke bar next door so if you like karaoke you’re all good. En-suite could do with a bit of an upgrade but adequate for what you need.

Lovely friendly little hotel right in the heart of town. I think the only downside was the noise from other rooms and the corridor was a little intrusive. Nothing out of order just possibly an older building not being soundproofed. That said I'd happily stay here again.

Friendly member of staff, excellent location and large room to fit 5. The beds were the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in and the room was perfect had everything needed for a night out. Nice touches like tea coffee milk and biscuits supplied. Furniture and decor quite dated and bathroom could do with an update. But for the price we paid the location and comfort you can not go wrong and would definitely use again for a couple of nights stay.

There are 2 liverpool inn hotels on the same street. The big hotel is closed the public. The small hotel is 3 star at best but is very well located

The hotel is in great location for bars, restaurants and shopping plus the bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk. We stayed one night, arrived later in the evening and had a warm welcome on check in and shown to our room. The room is basic but clean and has everything you need, it lacks a bit of a feminine touch maybe - a bedside table, lamp and a full length mirror would be great but there is a hairdryer, iron and kettle which is very helpful. Beds were comfy, shower was decent and we were able to leave our bags when we checked out. There is 2 flights of stairs so be aware of that as I didn't see a lift. For the price we paid it couldn't be faulted and we would stay again.

Whistle Stop in Liverpool

It was a quick visit through Liverpool and it offered everything we needed, but the shower had black mold in the seams and it would be nice to have a top sheet instead of only a comforter to use as a cover. I doubt those big, thick comforters get washed and dried after every guest, that is not sustainable.
