staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children.

Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort . We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice you about this "Game" you play against your will and on your money . The agent personal is not friendly at all and they tried to cheat me two times after I completed the booking and made the deposit : Insead of one three duble- bedroom appartment they tried to give me one 6 person- appartment .after I noticed that , they tried again changing the period booked : Insead of 27.12-05.01 they confirmed 26.12-04.01 . That made me decide to never try again this Game that Makes me loose a lot of money.

natale a Livigno con famiglia al seguito
ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia e con il mio bimbo di 7 anni...ci siamo trovati benissimo sia durante il check in con l'agenzia sia con la proprietaria di casa che ci ha accolto e che abitava accanto a noi.. speriamo di tornarci presto 🤗

Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, di fronte all’impianto sciistico, mansarda un po’ bassa per chi come me è alto 1,90...

Nido per soli giovani
l'appartamento situato sopra la Coop di Livigno è carino ma secondo noi adatto a persone giovani e giovanissime; il letto matrimoniale è molto piccolo, buono il materasso , ma scomodo per dormire in due adulti.

Fejl oplysning af placering, lejligheden ligger ikke i centrum, det vi fik var en privat lejlighed, ikke udstyret med det der var beskrevet i annoncen og total nedslidt. Reklamation telefonisk til hotels.com på ankomstdagen, først til Danmark derefter vidre stilling til USA, der blev lovet opfølgning, men intet skete.

Lejligheden ligger ikke på den adresse der er oplyst.. den ligger lidt uden for byen.. ca.20 min gå gang fra der hvor det var oplyst den skulle ligge..

Book aldrig hos roulette Apartments, dette er et fup firma som dækker over nogle usle lejligheder som ikke stemmer overens med billederne på hotels.com hjemmeside, priser stemmer ikke over ens med priserne i det lokale katelog, har været i kontakt med hotels.com, men ingen hjælp at hente, blev kastet rundt telefonisk mellem medarbejder i Dk og USA, blev lovet hjælp men intet skete. alt i alt booker aldrig mere via hotels.com.

sembrava di stare a casa. Tutto molto pulito e ben tenuto, vicinissimo al centro ma fuori dall'area pedonale e a un prezzo veramente ottimo. Punteggio pieno su tutto, spero di tornarci presto

It's ok.
We stayed in "Nevegall Residence" but the word "residence" doesn't fit to this place. You can easily see that this building needs some serious refreshing. However, room and bathroom were clean with fresh and nice towels. Also kitchen was well equipped with all needed stuff. Location of the building is great for skiers. Ski Bus stops right in front of it and to Cassana Ski Lift you can go on foot in about 5 min. To the center is less then 10 minutes. In general if You don't have high expectations and all You need is clean and warm place to sleep in good location this offer will be good Value for Money. ( We payed 428 EUR for a week/2 pers.)
