"Views from our room no6 were excellent. Room was very clean but needed freshening up. Bathroom sink would not stay full as plug needed sorting and we thought the sink was too big for the space in the room. I reported that the television sound was also defective and needed sorting. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always very pleasant. Great shopping in the town just round the corner. We thought the breakfast was excellent and the service was also great. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family but would say it does need a little work here and there. "

"Was welcomed by a lovely receptionist and it continued to all staff who were all friendly. Bedroom was nice with a good sea view. Food was very enjoyable and fresh water available. Been to hotel before and would still recommend it to others. Perfect spot for all attractions "

"Bar food in the evening was poor. Unable to cope with my garlic allergy leaving me with only fish and chips to choose on the menu. Fish and chips from the chippie would have been far better and much cheaper. The room was lovely, and clean."

"Quirky place, halls of residence for students now used as hotel rooms Nice and clean, spacious rooms and well appointed, decor is maybe getting a little tired but no real complaints Breakfast was fabulous All the staff were happy and very courteous and allowed me to leave my car well after check out time so I could attend an appointment It's a nice place to stay with great views over the Menai Straits "
