"The room was indeed beautifully clean.. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. I had no idea how to work the coffee machine in my room, but that was ok.. because I went to the larder and made tea. A bigger cup might be nice! I'm sure if I had asked the staff, they'd have demonstrated the coffee machine..... but I was content not to bother with it!! "

"If you’re considering this hotel it’s because you want something relatively cheap and right next to King’s Cross. And that’s exactly what you’ll get here. The rooms are small, but clean and reasonably comfortable. The station is maybe 100m down the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful, though, and the ability to store your bags on the day of your checkout is a great perk. Note that it seems the toilets use recycled water so your bathroom may have that gray water smell. "

"Overall, everything was great. The rooms, the hotel itself, the food, the location. My only complaint is the size of the latte. It’s insulting to charge five pounds for what must be around 150 milliliters. It’s mainly milk! You can do much better than that. "
