Lovely hotel, parking wasnt available after 5 pm already gone but found nearby parking at a church for £10 , room was snug but very comfy.

Room was small & mostly clean. Only one outlet. Shared bathroom with one shower/toilet. 4 story walk up. They held my luggage & the location was excellent-close to the gardens & public transit.

The location is definitely great, central to a lot of places we planned to visit. The staircase is pretty small and hard to climb especially with kids, the rooms were HOT (there was only a small portable fan for a family room with 3 beds), the cleaning was below average - dirty mugs were not taken or replaced, sugar was not replaced. I think I wasn’t expecting so much based on previous reviews, so I wasn’t disappointed.

Good location, clean and beds were good size with a nice bathroom. The issue was no temp control. We had a basement room which somehow stayed warm and stuffy. We opened the windows which helped but we were then Inundated with smoke (to include weed smoke). With the kids this was a problem.

Is a old property, needs a lot of service, very small room and a tiny bathroom,you can hear all the noise that came from outside your room and upstairs, need get painted and old furniture, in the morning we didn't have hot water until they fix it.we use cup coffee didn't change for a clean ones, good beds.The convenient thing is very close to shops, restaurant,tourism sites and paddington station.

Toilet was not properly equipped and fixed

The glass covering the toilet lamp was broken but only adhesive tape was applied and not securely fixed. The shower curtain could not cover well so that water was easily splashed to the floor of the toilet and outside the toilet. There was disturbing noice of water pipe at night. The room is basically clean but a bit dusty.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming to guests. The area and location of hotel is perfectly situated near Paddington station. However, the hotels rooms are very small and the bathroom is shockingly very small. There is no lift at the property and me and my daughter's room was at the very top of the property which caused problems having to carry our luggage up and down over 50 stairs. The hotel is clean enough although a tad dated.

Fine experience

Good location, close to Hyde Park (walking distance). Though it was a small room (no. 11 on the 4th floor), the beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The only thing missing was an iron. Check in and out went smoothly. Parking was right in front of the door and costed 15 GBP.

Would stay again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A lovely view, a little noisy from outside, but stayed in much worse. Door lock was broken. There were a lot of hairs on the bedding. No sugar or tea, no decaf coffee and only 3 milks. Water, bananas and apples in reception, which was nice. Great location.
