A very comfortable night spent near Eurostar staion, Kings Cross. Lovely beds and bedding, good shower, very helpful and friendly staff, good rate considering how central. We would choose to stay again if we need to be in town early. No breakfast available, but plenty of cafes in the area.

Nice comfortable stay and a decent sized family room for 4 in London. Would definitely stay here again but maybe no longer than 2 nights. Location was a very big plus, only slight areas for improvement would be air conditioning as very warm in the room even in early March. From a security perspective peep holes on the doors and a better system with the key would have made us feel safer, basically anyone can walk in and give the room number and be provided your key as you have to leave it every time you leave the property. However all in all this was a very nice hotel and good value for money.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay. Super close to kings cross st pancras station, super clean & modern. The owner who greeted us was so chatty & friendly- made a lovely start to our stay. Highly recommend Thank you!

Disappointing second time visit.
Booked in October requesting the same room (downstairs, back of the hotel, sleeps 3) as we have a tall teen who can no longer sleep in fold out beds. I heard nothing from the hotel so assumed my request was acceptable. On checking in however, we were given the upstairs room at the front of the hotel. This room is next to the access to the stairs (so guests pass it etc), and the window looks out on to the square. Unfortunately there are large construction works going on in the square which proved noisy. The room itself was small, clean, with the single and double beds touching. Plenty of lighting, a desk and chair, a kettle with minimal tea & coffee facilities (they had run out of milk at the desk when we asked for more). A safe and a hot working radiator (used after a day getting drenched on the streets!). The bathroom was a small wet room with toilet on the left and shower on the right. The door to which had a large gap all the way around which gave the user very little privacy. The small sink was in the bedroom space. On the second night a guest was drying clothes with a hair dryer at 3am and set the first alarm off, and then again an hour later, so little sleep was had by all, especially as the loud continued beep on the alarm box outside a room wasn’t silenced and reset for some time. Overall I’ve been disappointed with this stay though love the waking closeness to theatre district of this hotel.
