Loved this place! It was quiet, comfortable, and close to Paddington Station. It was a good value for the price, and I love the coffee/tea/water filter stations in the hallway.
Very convenient for Paddington Station, nice location and building. Good breakfast (all vegetarian). Staff helpful. Room cosy but well furnished. Only downside for me was lack of privacy in the bathroom space.
The staff are stellar -- they really go out of their way to help. While the rooms are small, they are thoughtfully laid out and very attractive.And the location is terrific!
We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the common spaces were very relaxing. Highly recommend the queen suite.
The hotel location and design is nice. We find that the staff was not proactive and looking into solutions. For example we landed straight from an overnight flight at 8 AM. We asked since 48 hours before arrival for a massage and we realized that was not possible and available upon arrival.
Everything, the staff, the service, the hotel itself, the quietness on the streets in the morning. It was also conveniently located near Paddington Underground and Train station.
So convenient near Paddington, embedded in one of the most beautiful housing areas of London, accessible to everything (especially Heathrow), and very clean and nicely-appointed, this hotel is a gem.
The staff was kind and rooms were nice. Only thing is if you are abonvoy member would be worth it to book through Marriott to get the points. You won’t get them if booked through Expedia or another travel agency. The dining, food and and drink on the property were great. The property is close to the paddington station, great for transportation to and from Heathrow, as well as throughout London. I would stay there again.
Mostly helpful and friendly staff . Small room. Issue with our breakfast which never arrived due to some message system breakdown .
Emailed the hotel and left message through the app but no response from the hotel..very disappointed with this…I had hoped for a better outcome as we specifically paid extra for breakfasts to be included .
London was fantastic as usual!! This hotel is in a quiet area with everything you could possibly need within a stone’s throw!! Second time staying here.
Lovely location, very convenient for Paddington and the Royal Albert Hall. I haven't slept so well in an hotel in a long, long time. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast splendid. The option to sit quietly and read in the library was bliss.
