While this was not our first time in London, it was our first time staying at the InterContinental Park Lane. We decided to spend a little bit more on rooms here, given the excellent location, and we left feeling like we got a lot for our money. The location is fantastic - convenient to Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Piccadilly, Bond Street, etc. We booked two rooms for our entire family and asked for them to be adjacent, if possible. They honored our request and gave us adjoining rooms that could be converted to share a common external door. As a result, it felt like we had a 2 br suite. The rooms were well-appointed, with lots of space and amenities. From start to finish, every single staff person was helpful and friendly. My wife talked to the concierge about doing something special for my daughter for Easter - she was concerned that the Easter Bunny wasn't going to visit. They went above and beyond to provide some nice treats for her. There's no doubt that we'll stay here again the next time we are in London!
