Check in felt rushed lacking customer care and there was no water in the rooms. The room itself was very clean and quiet, my wife and I enjoyed an excellent nights sleep and the breakfast was excellent value, piping hot served by a great hard working team. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our group had 2 rooms: a queen suite and a twin room. The queen suite was beautiful, in excellent condition and well worth the extra I paid. The small twin room next door may have been roughed up by children, but it could use fresh paint. I would return!

Perfect location and delightful staff. The places to eat nearby ranged from the basic Burger King to a wonderful place 4 minutes the name of which i cant remember. Downside is the bathroom is very small. I am 5 feet 4 inches and thevshower was tight and the sink was nearly useless. The bathroom is why the hotel is not a 5+ star rating.

Location is good. Close to shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and beautiful. What I did not like were the little things such as very small sink, you can’t wash your face without having water everywhere, shower doesn’t get hot enough, soap dispensers do not work properly. AC was also a problem for me. It just doesn’t get cool enough. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Staff was wonderful and let us check in a few hours early which was great after doing an overnight flight from the U.S. Breakfast was really good too. Hotel itself and the room was very clean as well. Shower is a bit on the narrow side but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, I would definitely come back to this location again!

The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was convenient as it was less than 5 minutes walk to the tube station. The staff were all very helpful during our stay and if we were going to be travelling to London, we would be more than happy to stay here again!

To be noted : we were in the « basement » of the building and in the morning, some employees were smoking just by our window: not only was it smelling cigarette inside the room but it is also an issue with privacy, as they could see me (dressed or not) as soon as I open the curtains. There was also no hot water the 2nd morning.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable although I am glad I am a small person because the bathroom was bijou to say the least. A large man would have had a problem. When I sat on the toilet I could rest my head on the washbasin. I am 5ft tall.
