Nice hotel with breakfast in a quiet area. Underground stations are within walking distance as well as Hyde Park where I was visiting to see a concert.

All clean. Staff excellent. Bedroom compact. Bathroom probaby the smallest I have ever attempted to use. Need to be a cobtortionist to use the loo, and when sat down one leg us underneath the sink. Ridiculous. Extremely basic (cheap) "continental" breakfast.

Excellent location and helpful staff. It's best suit for families. It has many nice rooms for 3 persons. The services are wonderful and rooms are clean. We will stay here again if we visited London again.

Very good for a budget hotel, but it is a budget hotel. No toiletries and questionable security in the lobby where bags can be left in storage, and we were missing one big towel (only one provided and there were two of us). Other than that, though, few complaints. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet and practical. There is even a modest breakfast or on offer, provided you are very punctual! (Breakfast served 7:00-8:45)
