Owners and workers were lovely. Location was great and convenient to everything around. Walking distance was accessible to pretty much anything. Hotel has a lot of potential. Great for price. Rooms were clean. Just older but still very cute

Rose Court Hotel delivered exactly what we hoped for during our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. The team was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Night 1 we found a mice. We changed rooms and found some bugs in the bathroom. Some humidity bug idk the name of. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars out of 5 is because the staff on site was A+. So very helpful and understanding. I still would not recommend. With what I know now, I would have choosen a hotel futher away from London Central for the same price but better quality. All my complaints go to the owner. It's time to invest in your property. This whole place is unsanitary. But again, thank you to the staff.

We stayed for one night in the "lower ground" level. It was quiet and private, but access was difficult with bags. The Rose Court is functional, and bed layout was good, but is the hotel is in major need of remodel. If you need a budget location, it may work, but we won't stay again. Location was great and there is an excellent nearby restaurant for breakfast, La Masseria!

The outside of the hotel was attractive and the location was very convenient. The inside was very run-down however and my room in the basement was without heating and cold. Fortunately, the receptionists helped me and gave me an electric fire to use and repaired my TV which also did not work. Despite the nice staff, I will not return.

While the location of this hotel was superb for my travel purposes, I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here. The room was dirty, with stains of I don’t know what all over the floors, mold on the entire bathroom floor and the sheets did not feel properly washed. I stayed up all night worrying / itching myself because of bed bug scare. I also woke up one night and found a cockroach chilling on the floor. Anyhow, the receptionist was helpful and gave me a new room which was a bit better, but still absolute bare minimum livable.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. If I could have canceled, I would have. The hotel is a fire trap. The lady at the front desk is very nice and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we explored London. We came back to an absolutely frigid room with a non-functioning radiator. After an intense argument with the man at the front desk, we finally got an electric radiator, which did not do much to heat the room. He was much more interested in watching his soccer game. I had to insist that he carry the electric radiator to our room. In the morning light, we could see that our sheets and mattresses were absolutely filthy. The baseboards were covered in dust. Dirty windowsills. Molded light fixtures in the bathroom. The shower was disgustingly dirty. The grossest thing where the sheets on my bed. Someone had either vomited or crapped in the sheets and they had not been washed.@ Expedia, I would take this place off of your list. The photos speak for themselves.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly, excellent breakfast. Room was very clean. Location is brilliant, few minutes walk to Hyde Park and tube station Marble Arch.
