It was really close to the tube station. The room was clean and tidy. The shower was excellent! In spite of us being on the 4th floor! Bit of an hike after a full day in town! Will return again when we are in that area.

We had room #7 for 3 nights in May - it was great for our needs and a short stay. The room looked out onto the back garden and was quiet in general - we could hear noisy guests in the room directly next to us as they came and went but it was temporary. The shower is very small and may not work for some people, it would be nice if the bathroom had an extra shelf or two to put stuff on, and if the room had a refrigerator. We didn't explore the hotel and weren't told about any facilities - but the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again for a short stay, any longer than 3 nights and you'd probably want more space, amenities, and luxuries. This is an economic no-frills hotel with great public transit options with a close connection to the Earl's Court underground station and access to the main tourist areas (20 min by tube) and Heathrow (40 min). Gatwick was easy to get to as well via West Brompton station.

Maybe not the most high end hotel in London but easily the friendliest staff one could imagine. And they sell their stairs as a hotel gym, which they certainly are!

My room was at the front of the hotel with no double glazing so noise disturbed my sleep. Bathroom was reminiscent of a cruise cabin. Staff very helpful and friendly.
