Ideal stopover before heading to Heathrow. The bus a 3minutes walk away goes to terminal 5 in about 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, super quiet even though it's near the airport and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The rooms are snug so could be difficult if you've got big/lots of luggage but for hand luggage only it was no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice reasonable priced hotel. Very close to local pubs and restaurants. The room was clean and pleasant. The staff member who dealt with us was polite and efficient. You can park at this hotel over night for just £5 unlike other hotels I looked at booking that wanted £15. Very happy with this hotel. Ideal for a night if you have a flight the next day. I would use this hotel again if in the area.

May look a little dodgy from the outside and reception but once inside the check in was efficient and friendly. Basic minimalist rooms but bright clean and spacious. For the price I don’t think you can get better.

Useful for a cheap stop over but very basic. It was clean in the room but the bathroom (upgraded charge)had very mouldy sealant around the shower and green fur growing up the edge of shower screen. The room itself was very hot and due to it being on the road (over a petrol station), we couldn’t leave the window open. It is possible to pay more for a room with air conditioning if they have one available. Person dealing with check in was helpful and friendly. Remember to record your car registration if parking or you will get a PCN in the post! The hotel send you various messages before your stay encouraging you to contact them in various ways if you have any questions - I sent a text, email and hotels.com message and none were replied to which was disappointing. Overall, a useful stop off if you need somewhere near Heathrow.

It is a great place to stay as its affordable, comfortable, clean and less than 15 minutes away from Heathrow Airport. The ammenaties included a vending machine of free hot beverages, oatmeal and soup, the shower's water pressure was wonderful and my room was spacious but still cosy. It was a good hotel experience for the price.

The hotel is above a gas station. The service was good and the car park is in the back. It looks like it was newly remodeled and looked clean. The room was hot so make sure you get a room with A/C as not all of them have one.

Good value for money - very clean

This is a no frills budget hotel, but for a night or two before a flight from Heathrow it is ideal. Walking distance from West Drayton station and bus outside to Heathrow if needed. Bottled water provided and a lovely welcome from Ali on reception. The place is spotlessly clean with plenty hot water for shower. We will use again when we have an early flight.

Good value hotel

Decent budget hotel. Handy for the airport. Fairly basic but clean and well maintained. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. No tea or coffee maker in the room (Bottled water is supplied) but there is a complimentary hot drinks vending machine in reception which was pretty good.
