I booked this hotel on a whim, and i was not disappointed. The location of the hotel was perfect for someone like me who loves to walk anywhere and every where. It was also insanely easy to get to from the airport. The staff are super friendly and when they saw my large suit case changed rooms for me to be more convenient. The rooms are the perfect size for one person. They felt like going home which was very nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly. It felt super safe having to be let in by someone at night. I loved being so close to the action but far enough away to not get the noise. Around the corner there is an amazing coffee shop which they recommended in their book. It was perfect coffee and a great location. Overall will be returning here next time in England. I loved my 4 nights there.

We loved our stay here and the fact there is 24hr reception team is brilliant. Thank you so much for the lovely stay it was very homely and a comfortable place to be.

Super cheap for London nice clean room cumfy bed easy to get to everywhere in London,I didn't like the shared bathroom on the landing and not the Hotels fault but Road works outside the hotel ,handy for the Valencia Cafe great Breakfast cheap again for London just 5 doors down bus service at the end of the road And I will use them again I just need a bed for the night really no frills saved at least £250 on other hotel prices which payed for my meals

Very basic with shared bathroom but very clean and friendly staff. Price paid reflects the basic set up which is what I wanted to avoid higher London priced hotels. Security was good entrance gained by 24hr staff coming to open front door. Top floor stairs a little quirky

The reception on arrival was super and very welcoming. The lady was friendly and made us feel at home. The room was also warm and habitable. I loved the bed itself. It was of good quality. My husband felt kinda restricted in a way. He smokes and felt it was a bit of a hassle to be asking to be let in each time he went for a ciggie. If there was a smoking area in the back garden perhaps. One thing that I missed on checking when I made the booking was, the communal toilets and showers. Just the effort of going to the loo during the night. The amenities were within easy reach and catered for all our needs. The night staff were also friendly and ready to assist us. We however didn't appreciate to be reprimanded for making noise during the day.
