This hotel was truly awful. The springs on my bed were completely broken, the hot water didn’t work in the shower, i wasn’t provided a towel and the room had stains on the carpet and door that looked like blood. The staff were extremely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Don’t stay here.

Avoid at all costs: filthy room, broken room lock (staff didn’t think was an issue and surprised when I raised it), no towels (had to ask), no soap, damp smell, busted mattress, broken TV and window closure. Absolutely awful.

Location was good and reception also great. Unfortunately the room was having some heating issues so I had to sleep with the window open. Luckily I always travel with earplugs otherwise it would have been difficult to sleep for long time due to the noise on the street. I stayed for one night so was still good for what I needed and the price paid.

Clean room, good location.

It is not 5 stars hotel, you cannot expect that much, however, the hotel has good location, there are 2 underground stations, some restaurants and grocery stores around that place. It is very convenient. If you are looking for clean, and convenient hotel to stay, I strong recommend.

It was so friendly caring from the start!!!the receptionist (IwishIaskedhisname!)was so caring and understanding!!!we travelled with a baby so he made sure that our room suitable for this-on 1rst floor, warm,big enough with easy reachable facilities!!we are so thankful and pleased!!!

What a terrible place, not at all like the pictures on the websites, a very nasty moldy room very smelly, we couldn’t even stay there, very bad service. Do not stay here, better to stay in your car!

The server on the front desk was brilliant, I had a last minute late night booking and nothing was too much trouble. The room had a blocked toilet and a lot of peeling paint!

You get what you pay for. I paid for a cheap hotel and got one. The bathroom was so small you could barely stand in it. The drain wasn’t working and I had to call twice for it to get fixed. The hotel room key had to be replaced every time I came back (and yes I kept it away from my phone). And then one time I waited at the front desk which had a “Back in 15 minutes” sign for nearly a half hour. But for the price I paid, could I really have expected much better?

Not good

I now London budget hotels are usually compact and in the smaller side, but this places rooms are ridiculously small. The bathrooms are so small when you sit on the toilet your head goes in the sink. Plus dont stay in this place in summer. It will be a sun trap and ridiculously hot coffin for you.

The room was very narrow for two beds; you could barely walk in it. The shower wasn't very clean, and it was difficult to open the window because it was very old. Otherwise, we got the bare minimum for the price.

MY EXPERIENCE OF THIS DUMPSTER!!! ARRIVED ON THURSDAY 11TH, ARRIVED EARLY. WANTED TO CHARGE ME £10 FOR BEING 45MINS EARLY AND WANTING TO CHECK IN!! NO CHANCE!! WHEN I FINALLY GOT CHECKED IN, ROOM G101, DISGUSTING/FILTHY. TV WASN'T WORKING, NO REMOTE CONTROL (WASN'T FIXED DURING MY STAY), BATHROOM WAS BEYOND BELIEF; WASN'T EVEN CLEANED, CRACKED TILES, TOILET SEAT BROKEN, NO BLINDS IN THE TOILET. TOLD THEM ABOUT TV AND BATHROOM... SURPISE SURPRISE TV DIDN'T GET FIXED AND THEY MADE UP AN EXCUSE; HANDYMAN DIDN'T TURN UP!? YEAH, OK!! EVERY NIGHT I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE NIGHTSHIFT STAFF (GETTING OUT OF MY BED IN MY PJS TO ATTEND RECEPTION), ABOUT THE GUESTS IN ROOM G102, AND THE ROOM ABOVE. BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10PM -2AM!!! ROWDY, BANGING DOORS!! THE NOISE THESE TWO ROOMS WERE MAKING WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! THE USELESS INCOMPETENT NIGHT STAFF CONTINUED TO JUST ALLOW THIS BEHAVIOUR TO GO ON WITHOUT THESE GUEST HAVING ANY RESPECT FOR OTHER GUEST THAT WAS SLEEPING.
