I was pleased with my stay at this property. As someone who gets the ick from shared living spaces, this hotel didn’t gross me out

I had issues with expedia it is the second time this has happened. I tried to check in and the attendent could not find my reservation. I was on the phone trying to get this cleared up for over an hour. There was some issue with expedia not transferring over my booking to the fossa website that they do their booking on. (someone forgot to complete their job)The attendant also kept telling me to cancel but that if we rebook the prices was going to be higher due to it being last min and the first attendent did not want to price match. she was an issue in itslef because idk if it was a language barrier but she kept running in circles of what needed to be done. I just felt that it was just messy on both part but the second attendent with was very helpful once she stepped in she just said she was going to bill expedia but over all the hotel itslef was nice just the booking through expedia might as well book directly through the hotel. Because imagine if there was no more available rooms like where would we go.

Front desk checked me olinand attachedy bonvoy number to the reservation even though I didn't have it on my phone. The room was fine but it was out of body wash. I expected some better benefit with my Bonvoy account but didn't get it

As with many hotels, there wear and tear of the rooms. The bathroom had some areas that need attention. The base of the walls had scratches and some of the wallpaper is tearing. The corners of walls in the hallway could use some paint. If left unkempt, it will begin looking dingy. But, overall a clean hotel

I was very disappointed with AC Marriott. Towels small and thin, room service in a paper bag in a box with plastic fork and knife? What happened to a plate with silverware? Hard to eat pasta out of a box. I might as well have had Door dash or any food delivery..probably would have been cheaper. $10 airport shuttle? I've stayed in other aurport hotels in LA and never had to pay. But the room was very clean and quiet
