We loved our stay here! Having an apartment was home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Comfy beds are hard to find and i was very pleased. Host was quick to respond.

Staff and management were amazing! Very accommodating and they communicate and respond back conveniently. Directions were clear and precise on check in and check out. The unit itself was really spacious for the 5 of us! I would highly recommend booking with this team!

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

Just got back from my vacation and this property far exceeded my expectation's. The property is so close to Hollywood and is a central point to a lot of locations. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to come back to after a long day out.

This property was comfortable and very clean. But it lacked basic necessities. There was toilet paper, but no Kleenex. There wad shampoo, but no conditioner. It felt very bare bones. But the location and parking were good.

We LOVED our stay with Los Angeles deluxe suites. The apartment was really nice with everything we needed. Laundry / kitchen / private parking etc. when I first booked I will say I was not really able to see exactly where it was or what was near by because the map isn’t exact. But, the owner / manager Sam was easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. We absolutely loved the rooftop. The building was quiet I don’t think we ever saw anyone else the entire time we were there. It’s close to grocery stores, the walk of fame, and universal was a short drive away. There were a few rules but easy for us to follow so we didn’t mind. I would book here again in the future.

The place is very dirty all throughout, specially the floor. Found breadcrumbs on the floor and it was very dusty though the host assured me it was cleaned. I requested to get it cleaned but they didn’t clean it and was told that guests wear their shoes and slippers inside the unit. All we want is to walk in socks to rest our tired feet. The property smells musty as you walk through the door. The couch is dirty specially the one in the corner. The beddings are of really cheap quality, not comfy at all. The exhaust and the washing machine are MOLDY. On the positive side, we had an easy check-in and check-out. The property is very spacious which is good for big group traveler. The parking space is safe too and free.

Stayed for a week for spring vacation with teenage kids. It’s an apartment building, conveniently located near Walk of fame & Universal studio. It had enough space for a family of 4, full size kitchen & reasonably comfortable beds. In terms of amenities there was just bare minimum. No cutting board or any baking tray for the oven. There was no toilet paper in the apartment on our arrival. But was delivered next morning with apologies & a bottle of wine. Nice gesture, was appreciated. Communication was good, however I did not receive instructions one day prior. But on request everything was sent to us immediately. It says “no smoking of any kind”, but the smell of weed was creeping into the rooms from outside even with closed windows. We did not like that. Parking is convenient and it seems to be safe area. In overall, it was ok stay.

This apartment worked out well for our family of 4. Having a separate bedroom for the kids was a must. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It is a top-floor unit so there was no noise from the neighbors. Pros: - Good location. Easy access to 101 freeway, Universal Studios, Hollywood. - Very friendly and communicative host. We were able to check in early and the instructions were very clear. - Designated parking in the attached garage. - Spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable beds. - Washer and dryer in-unit. Cons: - There was a lot of street noise at night. We slept with a white noise machine, but were still woken up by loud cars and motorcycles at night. - There were a limited number of plates, cups, and silverware. There were only 4 spoons, so we had to wash the silverware after every meal in order to have enough for the next meal. - There were no hand towels in the entire apartment. There were plenty of bath towels, but I found it odd that there were no hand towels or wash cloths for the bathrooms. - The main light in the hall bathroom was extremely dim, so it was basically impossible to shave, apply makeup, etc. in that bathroom

The floors were disgusting. I had to buy cleaning products for the suite. The microwave was broken. I had to buy my own toilet paper and garbage bags. The in suite laundry. Ruined my brand new clothing which i sent pictires to the property manager about and he didnt say anything or complementary stay or a discount after that happened. Nothing he didnt do anything. No proper cook wares for even a proper meal. I had to request a bake sheet to use the oven. The bedding did not smell fresh and clean so we had to rewash everything before we slept on it. The parking sucked. He had renovations going on and so parking spots for us were taken all the time. Leaving me looking for outside parking. You are 1 block away from the homeless people set up with tents all over so couldnt go walking around. We stayed cause i booked my days around that area and my car rental. It was disappointing.

I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes. The kitchen did have pots and pans needed, plates etc but was bummed for no cookie sheet when I was cooking a pizza one night but it's expected to have basic essentials. There was only two pods of laundry detergent but thankfully we didn't need to do a lot of laundry so it wasn't a big deal and one small roll of paper towels. I think maybe as a suggestion if you know the reservation is going to have four or more people there should be more laundry soap and paper towels to accommodate.The building was very secure we liked being able to park under the building with secure access codes to get in and as well as getting in and out of the apartment door. The building is very quiet didn't have the greatest view out of our window but that wasn't a huge deal. The Rooftop is great as well you can see the Hollywood Sign from the roof as well as a lot of other good areas to take pictures. Beds and bedding we're comfortable as well as layout of apartment was perfect for our family of four

The room should NOT list as an high score recommendations on the site : 1, room beds are worse than motel beds. 2, towels are not clean and soft . 3 , lots of fees apply and restriction along with fines . 4, air conditioners are making extremely loud noises, no way can stay in the room nor sleep ect.. it doesn’t not recommended to be rated as a nice place to stay.

More than Perfect!

Great place to stay in Hollywood.... Check-in was easy, the apartment was spacious, very clean, easy parking and family friendly, it fully met our expectations. Extremely professional throughout and a high level of service in a perfect apartment - if we come to L.A. again, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommended.
