Quick check in. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Easy check out. Shower and bath spigot did not function well. Either cold or very hot. No adjustment.

When checking out front desk was rude and accused us of having pet when we didn't. Kept coming up with reasons to try to keep deposit other than that young gentleman that helped us check in was wonderful and loved bed and brunch.

This place is Great! Check in easy, Staff Great, Room Clean, Parking Good, All access to Stores,Restaurants & just where I needed to be. Down fall didn't realize they charged for children or persons over 12yrs per night "should have read the policy's better "that was the only thing I didn't care for. But everything else was Good 👍

When I checked in, the woman at the front desk gave me a hard time about booking online and the type of room I booked online. She made a big issue out of it and acted like I was supposed to know things that I could not possibly have known because I had never stayed there before. It was really irritating and annoying. I finished checking in and then had to hunt for parking for a good while. Eventually, I found a spot in the back, which was a good distance from the room. Once we were in the room, I discovered that the air conditioner was not working and informed the person at the front desk. I was told that I could be moved to another room. I moved to the 2nd room and discovered that some of the lamps were not even working. I was over it at that point. It was late when I checked in and now it was jn the early am. I woke up a few hours later and went to get breakfast. My daughter was still asleep because we went to bed so late. So, I figured that I would get something for her to eat later, since breakfast would be over by the time she woke up. I did not know that I could not take food out of the dining area. I told them that my daughter was asleep in the room and I did not want to leave her alone in the room and I wanted to get something for her to eat. The man finally said ok but kept repeating that food is not supposed to be taken out of the dinning area. That was irritating! Needless to say, it was not a good stay and I will not be back!

Checked in and just needed the room for the night. Woke up packed up and jumped in the shower to find the handles missing. Don’t know what that was about but I’m sure this place has better rooms and it was just a miss by maintenance. Front desk was professional, bed was clean no bed bugs thankfully, security on site, convenient location just that one thing wasn’t expected and really looked forward to a nice morning shower to kick the day off.

The parking gate was a joke as we attempted to maneuver the car close enough to insert the parking key. When a passenger getting out of the car to do the insertion, hurried to get back in, the gate had already closed down! The room was in a building not attached to the lobby or dining room so we had to walk outside in the cold & wind to get those services. The room was adequate, very basic, not decorative aesthetically. The dispensers in the bathroom were not labeled for the contents (soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner). The staff were polite & kind. Noise near airport unavoidable. Two fast food restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was hot and sufficient, not continental or on-the-go style.

My wife and I stayed at the Ontario airport and for one night. When I arrived they quickly found my reservation and I was checked in by a courteous and helpful front desk person. The room was big, had a king-size bed, clean and even included miscellaneous toiletries like a comb a toothbrush. The price includes a full breakfast, which I thought was very good. The hot food on the steam table was breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, turkey links, pork sausage patties, and bacon. There was also a large Belgian waffle maker, and a smaller waffel maker. They also had two kinds of fresh fruit, bagels and muffins as well as several kinds of cold cereal. I heard they had a shuttle to the Ontario airport, however I did not need the shuttle so I was not able to test it. They have a security guard that walks the property at night, I saw no strange people lurking around the parking lot or the property, and the access to the parking lot is controlled by a gate which is operated by the room key. This room is cheaper than the big chain motel that I normally use, and the room was every bit as good. The only thing that concerned me was a charge of $50 security deposit. I charged the deposit my credit card, and the deposit was returned to her three days later. I would recommend this hotel, and I will stay at this hotel the next time I'm in the area.

Very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Love the location. Only suggestion would be to add another lamp in the room near the pink chair. A bit dark in that area. The beds are very comfortable!
