"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas and the room were very clean. It's a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the historic center...you get more of a "local feel." That worked well for us, but it may not be for everyone. We would stay here again."

"It’s more like an old broken cheap motel. Room is clean enough but when you get out of the shower the shower towel is soaking wet because of water leaking from the shower towel the bathroom floor, the floor feels dirty and bathroom is wet, I wouldn’t dare to walk barefoot. $230 per night for that quality during June, I expect something better. We stayed in Rome for a similar price range, room is 10 times better."
