"This property nice with kitchenette and plenty of space. It’s very clean and provided good toiletries. Keep in mind there’s no hair conditioner or iron which would have been helpful for us. However if you’re planning to do a lot of activities in city center and utilize the train station, the location is not convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to Duomo and 30 minute walk to the train station. We spent more money on transport due to this. The staff were fantastic to work with, very responsive."

It's a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the historic center...you get more of a "local feel." That worked well for us, but it may not be for everyone. "It’s more like an old broken cheap motel. Room is clean enough but when you get out of the shower the shower towel is soaking wet because of water leaking from the shower towel the bathroom floor, the floor feels dirty and bathroom is wet, I wouldn’t dare to walk barefoot. $230 per night for that quality during June, I expect something better. We stayed in Rome for a similar price range, room is 10 times better."

"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. It is not far from several bus...
