"The hotel is located right next to a tram so it’s very easy to get there from the train station. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Duomo and even further for the river and museums so that’s something to consider. I think this is one of the few hotels that has an elevator in it which is a huge plus when traveling with multiple bags. The views from the gym are absolutely gorgeous! There’s a laundry and kitchen in the basement and the lobby has one of those cute, retro photo booths that you can use. It even has swings in the entrance. The only complaint I had was they don’t allow irons in the room, you have to go all the way down to the basement to use the communal irons and ironing boards they have set up in the laundry. Otherwise, for the price and location? I’d recommend it. "

"Loved our stay here. The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/visit. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bathroom/shower. We were there at the end of March/early April, and it was pretty cold outside, so the air conditioner could not be turned on/used during our stay. The room did get quite hot at night, and we were unable to open the window because we were on the ground floor, and opening the one large window would have left our room fully open to the garden outside for anyone passing by to see and get in. I would think rooms on higher floors could open their windows and cool down the room well enough to make it comfortable. Overall we loved our stay and would book this hotel again. "

"The rooms and hotel were clean. There are no elevators so be warned but we knew that coming in. The hotel is located on a small street and you might miss it if you walk too fast but it is close to all major attractions! The breakfast buffet is decent but gets you off to a good start for the day. You don’t hear any noise from other guests. Just overall chef’s kiss. If we return to Florence — this will be our go to spot. "

"The building was not easy to find the sign was very small. The bed was terrible, no box spring just a mattress with the springs in my back all night, "

"Very good location and good price. Nice little balcony off the room. If you are on the top level, be prepared to lug your bags up two winding flights of stairs (very tiny service elevator can take your bags halfway). Bed was a good size but not super comfy. Very good WiFi. Wish there was a common area to gather."
