"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the room was nice and large. The pool was a great spot and rare to find in other places in this area Only con is that the check in instructions can be difficult to find/follow, and there is no staff present after 3pm so it’s all self service."
