"This has been our tenth visit to this particular hotel. The room was good, but with the prices increasing, I would not say, that they are not worth the money. The staff were more relaxed and friendlier, than our visit two weeks previously. I pointed out to the reception, that your hotels, have to me, always been synomynous with the choice of pillows. As guests, we have always had a choice of a hard one and a soft one. However, this time they were all hard and lumpy."

"Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door. Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work.
