"Excellent location to Lake Tekapo, less crowded, very spacious and clean rooms with good amenities. Very welcoming staff and check-in & out process was very efficient. "
"This hotel was such a great value for what I paid and basically amounted to a real 1-bedroom apartment. It's located very close to the town centre and had both comfortable accommodation and great amenities."
"It was very quiet, great for stargazing, we loved being close to the hot pools and the lake and the town. Our family really likes having the 2 bedrooms. "
"The motel is one of the best I ever stayed in during my New Zealand trip. It is new, parking is convenient, service is good. It is also near to the Tasman Valley track. I love my stay over there."

"We were so blessed to be upgraded to a motel unit by a lovely young man. It made our stay. So friendly here and we are so grateful for the kind caring service we recieve "
"Very quiet considering the number of rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Small, but enough space. Comfy bed. Heated tiles in bathroom were so lovely after a long day hiking in the snow.
The laundry was a reasonable walk and a little hard to find, even with directions. Limited food options especially Monday and Tuesday nights, so be organised or prepared to pay $$$ for dinner at the Hermitage. It was good food but expensive. Dinner at the Chamois onsite was good food and reasonable priced, but only open Wednesday to Sunday. "
