"The lobby is poorly designed. It does not provide a relaxing ambience. The space is so cramped that I felt like I was in a wet market, not a hotel. Considering that this is fairly new construction, I give a 0 rating to the building architect. Secondly, I've passed by your laundry/housekeeping rooms and they've been wide open all the time. Having these rooms open is unsightly and does not provide a good glimpse into your back of house operation. Thirdly, the carpet in the room had stains. Fourthly, your chef needs to learn new recipes to present at your buffet. I felt like I walked into a Chinese restaurant every time. Fifthly, your check out process needs a total overhaul. I waited for 30 minutes because the staff allegedly had to do a final inspection. When I approached the front desk to follow through as I was promised it would only take 5 minutes, I was asked if I left anything behind. That clearly established the fact that no one checked, because if one did, that staff member would have reported it right away. Really, what is there to check in a vacated room other than a quick inventory if your linens and a quick ocular inspection? Lastly, your manager should do a daily walk through. If he/she does, then the things I noticed consistently as a guest would have been addressed. That is, if this person tries to see things in the eyes if a guest. "

"Room needs updating. Carpet was wrinkling, seat cushions worn out, needs painted, pools are nice, but broken fountains and worn out padding. Food was mediocre and overall facilities need serious maintenance "

"We had a wonderful, welcoming stay here. It is an older hotel that is dated, but nevertheless, has a friendly staff and an excellent food selection for breakfast and drinks. We stayed at the concierge level where we had happy hour included from 5-7pm everyday and connecting rooms. The resort has snorkeling where you can see fish right from the beach. "

"It was a relaxing two-day stay with a beautiful ocean view. I am grateful that the front desk staff moved us to a quieter room, which allowed me to have uninterrupted rest. On the first night, I needed to work and was initially placed near the main entrance of the building, where there was loud noise and disturbances. I requested a room change so I could focus on my work, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The Club Lounge was superb, with a relaxing vibe that made lounge hours truly enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the ocean atmosphere—surreal views, clear water, fish swimming nearby, and birds chirping in the morning. Thank you to Manager E.Z. for assisting us by arranging a grab-and-go club sandwich and soda prior to our departure, as we missed our last-day breakfast. Benjarong Restaurant provided high-class service, and the sunset view added to our sense of privacy during dinner. The meal was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Dusit!"

"Excellent hotel with very nice room offering sea view. The hotel has a very nice pool overlooking the sea, and a private beach for guests to enjoy. There are also several pickleball courts as well. Several restaurants are available throughout the day; the hotel has enough for you not to step out of the compound. If need be, there are 2 shuttle bus services in the evening to bring you to nearby town center. You may also get a taxi with no problem. The hotel staffs are very friendly and make sure you enjoy your stay as I did."
