Great location and nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. To be nitpicky, the pillows are terrible, we had some issues with our key multiple nights and the air-conditioner wasn't turned on so we had to open windows, which is noisy.

We enjoy our stay at Hotel Cortezo. Location is excellent, walking distance to the main attractions. I give a 4 stars only because they were renovating, so the areas where they were painting looked like a construction zone.The breakfast is great! To all the staff all I can say is thank you. They are very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my partner stayed here Sunday to Tuesday in January. We paid approximately one hundred pounds and we’re not disappointed for the price. The rooms are adequate, yet the location is fantastic. I would stay here again for the right price. Thank you team :-)

Wonderful Stay
It was our second stay here. All 3 of our rooms were modern, extremely clean and of a good size. Same goes for the bathrooms, which all had a shower. The hotel is in an excellent location: just off the hussle & bustle of Sil. Breakfast was very plentiful and staff very helpful and polite. Would recommend addition of an electric kettle in rooms Highly recommend.

I loved the location of the property as well as the room. The staff was very accommodating when i asked to change rooms. Only complaint is that it is located next to a club so at night the party goers can be very loud when entering and exiting the club. Overall, highly recommend.

Es un hotel catalogado tres estrellas y obviamente no se puede esperar lujos, pero la limpieza e higiene no es negociable. El baño se encontraba en pésimas condiciones y las áreas comunes necesitan renovación urgente. Tanto las paredes como alfombra. El hotel es muy céntrico y cerca de todo y el personal fue muy gentil.

Our room was quiet and clean with an updated bathroom. We found the hotel to be in an excellent location in the historic town enabling us to easily see the sights which were interested in it was in an easily walkable distance from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent!

The wallpaper was peeling off, the soundproofing was horrible, and there was shampoo, but no conditioner. They also made an announcement in the middle of the night to try and get people to stay an extra night, which woke me up and made me not want to stay an extra night.

Only real issue was the thin walls. I heard too much from my neighbors. But, the let me in at 11am. Nice roof deck. Nice rooms. I paid 30 less for a piece of s hostal the two nights before. This was a god send in comparison.

The hotel staff was very rude, front desk person particularly had no clue how to talk to a customer. The staff at the restaurant was equally rude, my wife was taking milk for our infrant son, and the lady at cafeteria rudely told her to pay for the milk, while my wife was already paying for breakfast! I would not recommend this property at all

Rude front desk and NOT AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
The front desk clerk actually got into an argument with us saying our passport was not valid????! Also, they DO NOT have transportation to the airport. They said they could call for a taxi instead. The room did not have soap and given the argument with the front desk clerk earlier, we decided to use our own shampoo as a soap instead, so we wouldn’t need to interact with him again.

Dirty, bad experience. The staff was rude and always making stupid comments. Worst hotel, I have stayed in over 9 years of Traveling. Is hard to find it. Very complicated location. The staff needs customer service training.

The Hotel was clean and the staff very nice. I would have liked to be notified of current construction going on during my stay, the entrance was all broken down and this was my mothers and I vacation and didn't want her to see a broken down hotel entrance.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to all
we are here for 7D6N vacation. The hotel entrance with excess card to enter. No worries, that’s a door bell. The front desk friendly n local tourists tax needed to add on per day stay basis euro 0.77 and receipt will be issued. The room pleasant only. Just like student hostel. That’s a computer & printer for u to settle your business stuff at lobby. It’s free to use.
