Our first impression of the hotel was very good. Staff very pleasant. However, on Monday my husband woke up with some red spots on his arm. We didn’t think much about it but this morning my husband woke up with bites on his arm, head and neck. This was very disappointing because we had to leave at 7:15 am to continue our trip and there was nobody to talk to. Very dissatisfied.

I thought LaNave was just brilliant. So stylish and clean. The staff were helpful but respectful of your privacy. The bedding was high quality and the beds were very comfy. Thanks so much.

Charming and pleasant in a great centrally located area. Simple and hostel-style. Rooms were only made up (including making beds) if staff were requested to do so. (My second day, I was asked, "You don't want your room made up, do you?") Shower drain was very slow so room flooded when showering, even with super short showers. Biggest issue is that although my reservation was supposed to be changeable/refundable up to a few days before, I was unable to shorten my stay by a day when my plans changed more than a month in advance - I was told by Orbitz I'd need to cancel and re-book, when the dates were no longer available. I tried calling and emailing the hotel repeatedly, but never had a response, so I ended up paying for a night I didn't stay. During the 4 days I did stay, I only saw someone at the desk once - the only staff I saw at other times were the housekeeping and kitchen staff. The desk person referred me back to Orbitz with my issue - they in turn were unable to contact anyone at the site, so my refund was denied. I'd stay there again, but only if my dates were ironclad.

Nice location, ugly street/hallway to get to the hostel. Room extremely small, mattress not very comfortable, upper level bed with no fence protection, very dangerous . Place is clean and if you just want the room to sleep that’s fine, but I am sure there should be better options for the price

Nice, quiet location near Royal Palace
Very lovely stay. The room was much smaller than expected, haha. Not much room to move around. But the location was perfect and staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was not bad either!

This rooms are so tiny and claustrophobic. Very poor ventilation. Overall not a good place to stay, not recommended for travelers. ☹️

Amazing hostel- the best I’ve been in!
LaNave was simply the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It was beautifully decorated, had a cozy room with comfortable beds, it was very clean, and nicely located near city center sites. I loved the bedding, and the breakfast was tasty. I highly recommend this place if you’re willing to give hostels a chance.

Great find!!
Great place. Very well positioned. Staff friendly - I was there just as the city was closing down owing to Corona Virus. They were very kind, helpful, and reassuring. The room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. The shower and loo etc are kind of in the room....fine for me travelling solo, or for a couple or very good friends, but maybe not for everyone. Breakfast was tasty and kept me going through the day. I'd certainly go back. For the value price, the great location and the staff. Thank you!

We felt very at home in an open, beautiful space. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast with coffee delicious. When my daughter got sick the staff was very helpful and understanding with our laundry.

Great break
I booked this due to location and hadn't realised it was "hostel" style accomodation. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The staff were great and the complex lent itself to relaxing when time allowed. I had a busy schedule and it really made a difference that in my down time I could just relax and enjoy the surroundings.

LaNave is a nice place to stay. Close enough to the train station and the major plaza areas and gardens. The facility is clean and comfortable with some common living areas and a nice breakfast. Great staff. Perhaps a little overpriced. The terrace/courtyard was in an alleyway and used by the smokers which took away a bit from the ambience of the outdoor space. Overall it is a nice place.

Helpful staff.
For our two night stay at LaNave we rented a room with two single beds. The room which include an ensuite bathroom was small but adequate. The lobby decor was pleasant and original. The concierge was extremely helpful. We can not say enough good things about the help we got.

Man hört alles was in den anderen Zimmern passiert. Selbst wenn jemand ein Ladegeräte in die Steckdose steckt, duscht, niest oder sonstiges. Die Wände sind wie aus Papier. Auch wenn jemand in das Haus kommt und die Treppe benutzt wird man ständig geweckt. Die Wände haben Probleme mit Nässe und das Zimmer fühlt sich stets klamm und muffig an. Das Personal ist kaum anwesend und leider auch nicht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders gut und man bekommt den Eindruck vermittelt, das man dem Personal nur lästig ist wenn sie etwas nachfüllen müssen. Vielleicht einfach mehr als 0,5 Liter Milch für alle Gäste anbieten. Diese Unterkunft würde ich nie wieder besuchen, nicht von den Fotos täuschen lassen!

Todo perfecto. El único “pero” que le puedo poner es que, cuando llueve, el agua debe caer en una chapa del tejado (o similar) y se escucha bastante (por lo menos en las habitaciones de arriba)

4가족 편안하게 잘 묵었습니다. 감사합니다.
23년 5월에 3박을 하였습니다. 아주 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 어디든 걸어서갈 수 있습니다. 주변에 마드리드에서 가장 큰 자라 매장있고, 스타벅스도 있습니다. 그 옆 식당 맛있습니다. 모든 것이 만족 스러웠습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고, 편안하였습니다. 매일 수건교체도 가능합니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 전 맛있었습니다.(빵이 매일 바뀜) /불편했던점은, 2층 침대 난간이 없어서, 아래층에서 둘둘이 좁게 잤습니다.^^ 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되지 않아 조금 아주 조금 불편합니다. 공용화장실도 있어 아주 편리합니다. 뷰는 포기 하셔야 합니다. 가성비좋은 호스텔입니다. 체크아웃후 짐보관서비스도 해줍니다(개당2유로). 너무 좋음^^ 전반적으로 좋은 곳입니다. 다신 방문할 의사 있습니다.

Hôtel à recommander.
Hôtel bien situé, très calme (les autres résidents étaient discrets), aucun bruit de rue ou extérieurs. Déco sympa, accueil courtois. Manque juste le jus de fruit au petit déjeuner.

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle, muy ruidosas, no aíslan las ventanas. Depende de la habitación es muy pequeña y no es el precio que pagas ni mucho menos. Caro dependiendo la habitación que te toque. Desayuno completo y muy variado. Muy buena ubicación

Si quieres estar en el Centro de Madrid, un lugar tranquilo y apacible con una comunicación excelente, y muy diferente a un alojamiento convencional LaNave es ideal.
