The water park onsite is CLOSED until further notice, there is no mention of this on the website, the children’s pool is CLOSED for maintenance, the main restaurant is CLOSED. "I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet. "

One thing I’ll mention is that we were told breakfast would open at 9:30, it didn’t open until closer to noon, so we had to go elsewhere for food. There were options in the area though! "The whole property was very well kept. Acres of gardens were well maintained. All the staff were very busy all the time keeping the grounds neat and tidy. The breakfast staff were excellent remembering your coffee and tea orders every morning. They were always polite and helpful as were all the staff at the Resort. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends."

Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres.

"This hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The moment you step into the hotel, you will already feel the warm welcome and the friendliness of the people. The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. Aumi, the hotel manager showed us around the pool and other amenities being offered by the hotel. Thanks also to Tang. "
"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.
