"Clean room, good internet, friendly staff"

"The location is good and on the surface it appears to be a good hotel but it does not fall into the luxury category that it quantifies itself as. We have travelled a lot and have stayed in all categories of hotels, this is not on par with what they are selling. Housekeeping did a very poor job, leaving dirty dishes and garbage in our room, only bringing new towels, no other area was touched. There were several other items that weee not reflective of a hotel claiming to be luxury. I have worked in the industry and am a harsher critic than most, but their guest service and making the guest feel welcome needs vast improvement."

"Great hotel in a nice and quiet location. Staff was great and was able to set up a special request last minute. Close to metro station so navigating Osaka was very doable. "
