The lobby was great, big and nice. Room was clean, quiet and modern. However, they still need to improve some points to make our stay more pleasant. We made the booking for 3 person and expected that the room would be ready with amenities for 3 person like bath towers, slippers, toothbrush and especially the extra bed. All of them were missing and needed to call down to operator and asked for it. They delivered the extra bed fast but still forgot the slippers and toothbrush. At night when we came back, we had to call down again to ask. On the next day, we asked for late check out 1 more hour and the Front desk Putera extended for us 30 minutes but made the wrong room key. He didn’t ask my Full name or any other information to verify the correct room number and made the key for the room next door. Of course the key was not working and we had to call down from the hall way to ask some one to help bringing up the key. We waited for about 10 mins and no one come up. We had to come down to ask for renewing the key. The same Front desk person assisted us to make the key and said that he made the wrong room key number then gave the key card back to us without any apology and not even smiling. We felt unwelcoming and did expect this unprofessional service at Marriott. Beyond that, everyone was nice, Concierge was very helpful and friendly.
